cosine offers a structured approach with fixed deliverables and a fixed schedule. Although every project is different, the general approach to each project follows more or less several fixed steps:
- As a first step a technology assessment is performed. cosine specialists will investigate, in collaboration with the client, the presently available technological solutions and opportunities. This will be presented to the client, so that the client can make an informed decision on the preferred technologies for the system to be developed.
- The chosen technology or solution is then demonstrated in a laboratory setup in one of the cosine laboratories in a so-called proof-of-concept phase.
- If this step is successful, the technology is then developed further, up to the point where it can be delivered as a working system to the client.
Reviews and milestones are planned between each step of the project, and changes in the project can be implemented upon request by the customer.
