cosine hosts delegation High Tech NL

On 31 May 2017 cosine welcomed representatives of members of High Tech NL at our office in Warmond. Founder and Managing Director of cosine, Marco Beijersbergen, gave a presentation introducing cosine. At the beginning of his presentation, Marco commented: “While we are able to measure many aspects of the atmosphere, the Earth’s surface and the universe from space, we hardly use this technology on Earth. This provides us with the opportunity to develop new measurement solutions for earthly applications, based on existing space technology.”

This was followed by a tour of cosine, with the help of Boudewijn Zeijlmans and Gijs Hijmans. After this, we congregated in our spacious atrium for a networking event, accompanied by drinks and bites. Companies in attendance included ASML, DEMCON, Leidse instrumentenmakers School (LiS), the Ministry of Economic Affairs, PANalytical, SRON and TU Delft. A good time was had by all. Willem Endhoven, Managing Director of High Tech NL, was very pleased with the visit and concluded the afternoon by thanking cosine for hosting this event.

cosine is a member of High Tech NL, an association which focuses on the interests of innovative Dutch high tech companies and institutions.
