BUSINESS DEVELOPER

We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional who sells our remote sensing instruments on the relatively new commercial space market.

You will represent cosine and need to possess the dedication to create and execute an effective sales strategy, which works in a market that changes continuously and thus requires deals to be closed quickly. Your challenge is to sell our innovative, miniaturized instruments for space and aerospace applications by building strong relationships with our customers.

Skills and qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a business developer
  • A strong track record of business-to-business sales
  • A high tech background and understanding of remote sensing instrumentation is a requirement
  • Experience in the remote sensing or geodata collection and services is a strong advantage
  • Experience in the space or aerospace market is appreciated
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Closing skills, pragmatic and energetic

TECHNICAL FACILITY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced technical facility manager to oversee and support all building-related activities including the expanding of our current laboratory and cleanroom facilities.

The ideal candidate is well-organized, with a hands-on approach, able and willing to carry out maintenance activities and simple installations in order to get the job done. Your challenge is to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and a high level of efficiency can set you apart among other candidates.

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience as a technical facility manager or equivalent thereof
  • Experience in a production or cleanroom environment is a strong advantage
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and best practices of facility management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently, pragmatically and independently
  • BSc in engineering, facility management or equivalent thereof
  • Relevant professional qualifications e.g. VCA-VOL, VOP (Voldoende Opgeleid Persoon), GMP and project management are considered an advantage
