cosine regularly offers opportunities for internships of an academic, industrial or commercial nature. We are able to host academic internships for students who are following a Master course in the subjects: Physics, Applied physics, Mechanical engineering and Aerospace engineering. We provide a small allowance and cost reimbursement.
We are currently looking for a BSc or MSc level intern who can support our High Energy Optics team. We use a CMOS detector to detect X-rays in a proof-of-concept low-cost differential absorption X-ray imaging system at cosine. During this internship you can further improve this set-up by data processing and analysis of the detected photons.
